Mass Markets has been established in Dakota Dunes, SD since 2010, and in 2014 moved to an updated, medium-sized facility. Located just a short drive West of Sioux City, the site is 19,000 sq. ft. and has 200 production stations with an aggregate capacity of 400 FTE. As with our other Midwest locations, this site has the added benefit of a neutral Midwest accent. Designed with Fortune 100 information security standards in mind, the site is partitioned to provide secure, dedicated seating. All separated segments of the building are secured by proxy door strikes, security cameras, and support paperless environment requirements should our partners require. A modern contact center, the site has a redundant and diverse network, off-site and secure data center; wall mounted LCD TV’s for custom reporting dashboards, and a contemporary and open station configuration.

The Town & People
Located at the adjoining points of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota, Siouxland is a prime example of separate states, counties, and cities working together to create one united community. Dakota Dunes is conveniently located five minutes from downtown Sioux City, Iowa, which is the center of a metropolitan area of approximately 168,000 residents. Twice named an All-America City by the National Civic League, Sioux City serves as the regional hub for business, employment, industry, retail trade, medical care, educational opportunities and tourism in Northwest Iowa, Southeast South Dakota and Northeast Nebraska.
Originally visited and explored during the Louis and Clark Expedition in 1804, the Siouxland area is energized with progress. Not only are the living and business environments exceptional, but the area is blessed with an enduring optimistic vitality, which puts Siouxland in a category all by itself. By partnering with sister cities in both Japan and Louisiana, Sioux City proves that like Louis and Clark 200 years ago, residents of the area are still fascinated by the world around them.
Sioux City has the highest concentration of businesses in the entire region and is scattered with small and medium-large size businesses alike. This business-centric environment has resulted in a long history of industry professionals that retain the skills to run a successful contact center operation. This is evident from the fact that the most common professions by percent of the population in the Sioux City area are management (25.6%) and sales (25.4%). Those industry professionals are what drives business in our Dakota Dunes location.
