With the aggregate capacity of over 450 FTE, the Iowa City facility is one of the largest in the Mass Markets network. Designed with Fortune 100 information security standards in mind, the site is partitioned to provide secure, dedicated seating. All separated segments of the building are secured by proxy door strikes, security cameras, and support paperless environment requirements should our partners require. A modern contact center, the site has a redundant and diverse network, off-site and secure data center; wall mounted LCD TV’s for custom reporting dashboards, and a contemporary and open station configuration.

Formerly the state capital of Iowa, Iowa City is one of several large metropolitan areas in the state and home to the University of Iowa. The college population, nearly 34,000, generates a vibrant cultural epicenter for the region. Known for the University Hospitals and Clinics and for its literature, Iowa City has been designated the third UNESCO City of Literature in the world and is the only city in the US which boasts that title. The greater Iowa City Metropolitan Region includes a population of over 150,000 people containing a substantial number of experienced contact center workers and a constant stream of tech-savvy students create a talented and diverse recruiting pool.
The University of Iowa is a member of the Big Ten conference and is the beating heart of the region. This becomes obvious during football season when the population of Iowa City triples for home games.
