Mass Markets has been established in the Iowa City, IA market since 2003, with the current Iowa City Corporate Headquarters, recently relocated to new and nearby, updated facility in 2013. Located just minutes from downtown and the University of Iowa, the three-floor, 42,000 sq. ft. has 225 production stations across broad hours of operation. With the aggregate capacity of over 450 FTE, the Iowa City facility is one of the largest in the Mass Markets network. Designed with Fortune 100 information security standards in mind, the site is partitioned to provide secure, dedicated seating. All separated segments of the building are secured by proxy door strikes, security cameras, and support paperless environment requirements should our partners require. A modern contact center, the site has a redundant and diverse network, off-site and secure data center; wall mounted LCD TV’s for custom reporting dashboards, and a contemporary and open station configuration.

Formerly the state capital of Iowa, Iowa City is one of several large metropolitan areas in the state and home to the University of Iowa.  The college population, nearly 34,000, generates a vibrant cultural epicenter for the region.
