Mass Markets established the Portsmouth, NH location in early 2013 as business expanded and needed new and diverse labor pools. Located on Pease International Tradeport (Formerly Pease Air Force Base), the site occupies 8,000 square feet and has 150 production stations, with an aggregate capacity of 300 FTE available to be activated almost immediately. The business park in which the Portsmouth location is situated in is over 3,000 acres, with 250 business and nearly 4 million square feet of available space. Due to its’ roots as an Air Force base, the telecom infrastructure is military grade, and the power production, while redundant by a gas generator, is run on site in the Tradeport by a dedicated power plant. The Portsmouth facility operates from 7 AM ET- 11 PM ET, due to facility rules. As Mass Markets keeps all machines virtually on the same network, the Portsmouth location also follows all PCI Level 1 protocols and procedures.
