Optimize Your Business Today!Consult With Us Regarding Savannah Program Placement
Mass Markets established the Savannah, GA office in late 2013 as a geographically redundant location to be prepared for inclement and operationally prohibitive weather in our northern locations. The current facility was established in July of 2016 with over 24,000 square feet, 500 production stations and flex space for an aggregate capacity of 1,000 FTE. Mass Markets maximizes this space to house many of our Customer Experience programs, and “Brand” rooms according to each program. Also following protocols for PCI Level 1 Certification, Mass Markets has dedicated IT staff at the Savannah location to ensure adherence. The Savannah location has 3 Tier-1 ISPs, with two of them being fiber-optic. Due to the virtualized network structure, and a cloud-based, omnichannel contact center software suite, we can move contacts and programs from our northern locations to Savannah, and vice-versa in instances of hurricanes. The building also has a diesel-fuel generator with 36 hours of power and is filled by the property management company every 24 hours in cases of power loss.

The 19 higher education institutions in the region also provide roughly 13,500 new graduates each year, ensuring a constant supply of young and diverse minds.
