Designed with Fortune 100 information security standards in mind, the site is partitioned to provide secure, dedicated seating. All separated segments of the building are secured by proxy door strikes, security cameras, and support paperless environment requirements should our partners require. A modern contact center, the site has a redundant and diverse network, off-site and secure data center; wall mounted LCD TV’s for custom reporting dashboards, and a contemporary and open station configuration.
